I need help staying motivated and communicating better.
I want to exercise and to eat a healthy diet. I will do really good for a week then I will lose all motivation and stop working out and stop eating the way I should.
Also I struggle with communication, especially with my husband. If there is a disagreement or things get stressful, I shut down and I don’t talk.
