I need help staying motivated and communicating better.

I want to exercise and to eat a healthy diet. I will do really good for a week then I will lose all motivation and stop working out and stop eating the way I should.
Also I struggle with communication, especially with my husband. If there is a disagreement or things get stressful, I shut down and I don’t talk.

What are the 3 goals you’d like to reach in the next 6 months? Work out regularly every week. Eat healthy foods everyday. Have better communication with my husband.
What are some obstacles that have kept you from meeting your goals? I lose motivation to stay healthy. I feel shy expressing my feelings.
If you knew you wouldn’t fail, what would you love to do? I don't know.
