I need help to move forward in my life. With family and career.
My goals are to overcome depression and live happily. I have not spoken to my mum and dad for 4 years. I feel this holds me back emotionally. I have been off my anti delresssnt for nearly 2 years. It is such a struggle. I feel that family issues are what have held me back in life. I just want to move forward with some guidance.

I am working 60 hrs a week to get a decent income. This is making life more enjoyable. I keep feeling guilty for not having a relationship with my parents. Bit when I do speak to them. They don't keep in contact and bother with my children. My brain can't understand this, so it is easier to cut them out my life. My sister has an affair with husband, for over a year. This has caused a major rift in our family. I am the one who feels guilty. I am the one who feel like I have done something. Made to feel uncomfortable in their company. So I chose 4 years ago to cut them out my life. Over the last few months I have since found out my mother has depression. Strangely I don't really feel any emotion. It was as if my brother was talking about one of his friend. This has frisked me out. As surely this is not the right.
