looking to get reacquainted with my ‘new’ self after surviving a traumatic incident.
I survived an accident last year in which my partner was killed. I have mostly processed my grief at this point, and I’m noticing that I’m very different than I used to be. I would like to spend some time getting to know my new set of instincts, strengths, weaknesses, needs, etc. And start thinking about moving forward into new relationships.
