“When I started the coaching program, I wanted to lose weight, get toned, be aware and have accountability. Alex was able to help me work toward these goals by having me try balanced nutrition (vs. eliminating food groups) and helping me realize working out does not have to take hours. She held me accountable and helped me deal with people that are negative in my life. I can now focus on positive thoughts and positive people/friends in my life and make a mind & body connection. If you’re serious about reaching your goals, a coach will help get you there, but the choice is yours.”

Initially I was skeptical about the need or value of hiring a business coach. I had to learn the hard way that “ you don’t know what you don’t know” and my start-up was really struggling to gain traction. Dan really helped me see things in a different perspective so I could change my strategy and have some work/life balance. There were some tough decisions that I was able to work through with his guidance and I am certain I would not have had as good of results on my own. I think working with him saved me time and money and prevented me from making costly mistakes. I wish I reached out to a business coach sooner!

“I worked with Andrea for the past year after struggling to find the next step in my career and to explore the possibility of living abroad. She was fantastic. We set objectives for what I wanted to accomplish, identified my values, tackled current work issues and explored future career ideas. I was so pleased at the structure and focus of each session. A year later, I can honestly say that I have work/life balance, better non-defensive communication skills, plus I’m on my way to live in Europe. I highly recommend having a life coach that you really connect with. When you do, you’ll have the support to stay focused and productive in your life.”

“I enjoyed and really got a lot out of working with a relationship coach that I found through Life Coach Library! I was in such a dark place, newly single (again), lonely, and depressed. I always felt like I was burdening friends with my stories. My coach said some things that were hard to hear, but helped me see myself honesty and make positive changes…”

“I don’t usually trust these online platforms but I wanted to find a coach without a lot of hassel and this one didn’t require a credit card or anything to sign up. I’m glad I took the chance because I was able to talk to three coaches and learned something from them all even though I could only hire one. It’s only been a few weeks but so far I feel confident that this will make a huge difference in the long run!”

When I decided to go into private practice, I was beyond confident I could serve my clients but completely lost on the “business end” I hired a business coach and she was so freaking helpful. She is in my field and has been a godsend. Also, she’s way reasonably priced. Best decision I made!

How does a life coach help you think outside of the box?
The hallmark of a masterful coach is the ability to ask thought-provoking questions. Above all, the goal in a coaching relationship is to gain clarity and awareness, engage in self-exploration, and experience a shift in perspective. Here are the key ingredients to thought-change, belief busting questions:
They are open-ended and challenging:
• Skillful coaches keep closed-ended (answered with yes/no) questions to a minimum.
• You should expect to be asked challenging questions, such as “What opportunity is available here?” or “How will you know when you are successful at (fill in the blank)?”
• Craftily constructed questions will push you out of your comfort zone gently and may cause a little bit of discomfort. For this reason, the rapport between coach and client is so critical.
As a result of working with a Life Coach, our clients:
• Form clearly defined goals and develop a winning strategy to achieve them.
• Breakthrough limitations that have kept them stuck in the past.
• Increase their passion and energy in many areas of life.
• Tap into their inner strengths and overcome what was considered weaknesses.
• Step out of a comfort zone and take rewarding risks.
• Create a life they want and deserve to live!
The most important aspect of the coach and client relationship is the synergy and trust.
• Knowing your coach has your back allows you to go to those uncomfortable places. Remember, your coach has your highest good in mind.
• All questions a coach asks are with your highest good in mind. They are geared to affirm your strengths and uncover what is no longer working for you.
Everything that transpires is strictly confidential and judgment free!
If you feel otherwise, you should definitely discuss that with your coach.
